Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Occupational Health team supporting the psychological wellbeing of police officers and staff. This is a specialist role that involves working autonomously to provide expert mental health assessments, interventions, and advice within the context of a high-risk, trauma-exposed working environment.
You will play a crucial role in promoting mental resilience, supporting officers experiencing mental health difficulties, and advising on fitness for work and operational deployment.
