Are you a buyer looking for their next move? We are supporting a lifestyle fashion brand that is renowned for its laidback style and its outdoor look. With head office based in Devon near to lovely beaches and countryside. The ideal candidate will have a Buying background preferably with experience in Men’s & Boys and will be responsible for the strategy and planning of this key area of the business.

Key skills and experience.
  • Own the buying strategy for men’s & boys category across all channels
  • Spot trends and translate them into commercially successful product range
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing to build cohesive seasonal stories
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costings to hit margin targets
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to drive performance and innovation
  • Proven experience as a buyer
  • Strong commercial acumen and trend forecasting ability
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
