Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting in-club products and services.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties using the membership software system.
• Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and team in gym floor initiatives.
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally.
• Actively experiencing the products and services to confidently recommend them.

• Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses, actively taking part to promote engagement.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
• Actively experiencing the products and services on offer so you can confidently recommend them to members.
