Job summary

A Hospitality & Leisure group in London is seeking a Member Billing Assistant to manage all aspects of member billing, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in billing or customer service, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in English. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or billing role is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of member billing, including generating invoices and managing billing enquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address member queries.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the membership team for seamless service delivery.

The working hours
  • Monday - Friday in our Head Office with one day WFH
  • Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
The responsibilities of our Member Billing Assistant are
  • Handle all aspects of member billing, including generating invoices, processing payments, and managing billing enquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions and concerns related to billing promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Draft and send billing-related correspondence to members, including reminders and notifications of outstanding payments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with membership team to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate billing information.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance member satisfaction.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Member Billing Assistant are
  • Previous experience in a customer service or billing role is desirable
  • Proactive, strong communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
