Modality PartnershipWokingham Division has a part time vacancy, 22 hours per week, for a MedicalSecretary based at Wokingham Medical Centre. The postholder will be a highperforming administrator who will work to ensure referrals are sent out in atimely manner and providing a referral service for GPs who need to referpatients on to secondary care. Main duties of the job

The role is an all-rounded,hands-on referral administration role; the postholder will need to confidently evidenceand utilise key skills such as effective communication, time management, diarymanagement, and the ability to prioritise referrals and their differenturgencies across the Division and the wider organisation. The postholder willwork in collaboration with local divisions (including Divisional Boards) andthe National Modality Business Support Team to deliver innovative ways ofworking to meet the strategic aims of the organisation.

The role is nota regular 9am-5pm job and is not a pure typing secretarial role; the jobrequires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will berequired to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks arecompleted.
