Responsibilities

• Oversee the administrative duties of rotas assigned to the post holder.
• Monitor rota communications and manage shift changes.
• Collaborate with the Medical Rostering and Temporary Staffing teams.

Skills

Experience in writing / managing complex rota(s)

Knowledge/Experience working in a clinical environment

Knowledge of effective rota management principles
