Job summary

A well-established medical organization in Pelsall is seeking enthusiastic front desk staff to provide reception and administrative support in a busy practice. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside previous experience dealing with the public. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting patients, processing prescriptions, and clerical duties. Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with the public both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Basic understanding of general office procedures like record keeping and filing.
  • Experience of working in General Practice or the NHS.
  • Experience using a clinical system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient reception and administration service.
  • Support clinicians to enable effective day-to-day running of the practice.
  • Enter relevant data onto the computer system.
  • Handle sensitive situations with distress members of the public.
