A healthcare provider in Greater London seeks a Medical Reception Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the reception team, ensuring a safe and efficient front-of-house service, managing rotas, and supporting staff development. Are you someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working in a team and understands the importance of delivering quality healthcare? We are looking for a Medical Reception Supervisor who can take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the reception and administrative team, ensuring the delivery of a safe, effective, and patient-focused front-of-house service. The post holder will support the Practice Manager with rota management, staff performance, audits and operational oversight, ensuring compliance with NHS, CQC and practice policies.

For these reasons we work as a team of doctors, nurses and health visitors. We link to the local community-based psychiatric and diabetes teams, drug dependency groups, alcohol support services, social services and other support teams.
The Practice values are Compassion, Aspiration, Respect and Equality: CARE.
