Job description
Overview

An opportunity for an experienced administrator with knowledge of medical education to work in the Medical Education Service. This role supports the management of medical education and provides high-quality education services to resident doctors in postgraduate training and medical students at UCLH.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support for the delivery of Medical Education Programmes.
  • Ensure practical, efficient day-to-day administrative operations for the Medical Education Manager and Medical and Dental Education Training Programmes Managers under the direction of the Medical Education Manager.
  • Collect and record data accurately to support internal and external compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Support the management of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Training Programmes, acting as a proactive and efficient member of the Medical and Dental Education Team.
Requirements
  • Experience in data collection and recording to enable compliance and reporting (e.g., study leave, GMC National Training Survey, Annual Review of Competence Progression for Foundation Trainees (ARCP)).
  • Ability to maintain effective partnership-working with internal and external stakeholders, as dictated by needs.
