Job description
What you'll do:

As our Measurement Research Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering measurement studies that help our brand customers understand the impact of their content and ads on engaging kids and teens. You’ll be a key part of the team and work closely with other functions, including sales and account management teams. Working with the Measurement Lead and the team you’ll deliver across a wide range of measurement studies for diverse brands across beauty, entertainment, toys, gaming and other verticals.

Your work will help tell clear, compelling data stories to customers, leveraging SuperAwesome’s proprietary datasets as well as third‑party tools. You will play a hands‑on role in managing end‑to‑end project delivery, from initial briefing, to survey design & implementation, to deep analysis, to preparing final results. You will contribute to the evolution of best practices in youth media measurement.

You'll also play a key role in developing our technology and methodologies, working directly with our product and engineering teams to innovate and build for the future.

Because kids and teens are pioneers of digital spaces, you’ll use innovative media measurement for a diverse set of advertising environments like YouTube, streaming TV, Roblox, Fortnite and influencer marketing.

In this role, you will:
  • Support execution of end to end delivery of panel brand lifts, creative assessments and other techniques for measuring media effectiveness
  • Independently perform steps of media measurement studies including:
    • Writing and scripting questionnaires
    • Data cleaning
    • Data analysis
    • Preparing reports and dashboards for our customer’s campaigns
  • Synthesize diverse datasets from across our data estate to demonstrate mediaSuperAwesome’s effectiveness
  • Ensure you are executing with high‑quality, and following our methods and processes for great outputs for brand campaigns
  • Have working relationships with external measurement vendors
  • Work cross functionally with product and engineering on improving and developing internal measurement solutions
  • Integrate our audience‑led approach within measurement
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with account management to integrate measurement findings into campaigns and business strategies
  • Work with our Product and Data Engineering teams to advise on the integration of measurement and insights data into our products
  • Contribute to refining our internal workflows and templates to streamline project delivery
  • Use a wide range of research and analytical tools including AI to extract, analyse and interpret data and create actionable outputs
  • Stay current with emerging trends in advertising measurement, kids’ digital behaviors, and data privacy practices
Who you are:
  • Highly analytical with 3+ years of experience in:
    • Questionnaire design
    • Data cleaning
    • Statistical analysis
    • Report design and delivery, with dashboarding a bonus
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as R, SQL and SPSS/Q (DisplayR a major benefit) - Python and/or TypeScript a bonus
  • Have an experimental mindset coupled with genuine curiosity for kids and teen behavior and data
  • Organized and proactive, adept at juggling multiple projects,and coordinating with internal teams
  • An excellent oral and written data‑led communicator with strong
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional settings and is always eager to learn

Required Experience
  • Experience of questionnaire design, scripting, data cleaning and analysis essential
  • Experience with using modern AI‑based tools to boost the effectiveness and speed of data analysis and data‑driven story telling
  • Track record of quantitative data analysis in the media measurement space
