Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive media marketing strategies that align with overall company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and target audience behavior.
Content Management
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, written copy) for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, email).
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging, voice, and tone across all media channels.
Campaign Execution
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display, etc.), including budget allocation and audience targeting.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of social media accounts, including scheduling posts and community engagement.
Performance Analysis
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (like Google Analytics, social platform insights).
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategies for better reach and conversion.
