They are looking for a Media Investment Associate to support their media buying and client management teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how modern media investment works across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day media buying and campaign operations across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and delivery to ensure strategies are executed correctly
  • Act as a liaison between network partners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Send and track network orders and asset traffic instructions
  • Track, organise, and reconcile weekly linear TV network logs
  • Participate in publisher and partner meetings to stay current on media trends
  • Assist with client communications, weekly reporting, and presentations

Experience

  • Some prior experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A self-starter mindset with curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables)
  • Strong written and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc.)
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
