Media Executive - Media / Advertising Agency

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, values-led agency as a Media Executive. This is a perfect role for someone looking to kick-start or develop their career in media, working in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong focus on learning and growth.

About the Role

You'll support the Media Planning and Client Services team in building strategic, collaborative relationships with clients, ensuring their marketing goals are achieved through excellent campaign planning and execution. The role involves working closely with internal teams across planning, strategy, and analytics, as well as liaising with creative agencies and media owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning processes by sourcing media information and understanding client objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, media owners, and creative partners.

  • Assist with media bookings, client meetings, and campaign reporting.

  • Ensure clear, timely communication internally and externally.

  • Contribute to new business research and presentation prep.

  • Maintain accurate records, help manage invoicing, and support day-to-day admin.
