Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and building services systems.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold card preferred).

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly on status, risks, and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and all relevant regulations.

Our client, a leading M&E contractor with a strong reputation in delivering high-quality mechanical installations, is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for a long-term project based in Windlesham.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, technically challenging project from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the mechanical scope of works on-site
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and report regularly on status, risks, and milestones
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and all relevant regulations
  • Manage material procurement, logistics, and workforce planning
  • Attend and lead site meetings and inspections
  • Drive productivity and ensure quality of installation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing mechanical packages on commercial/industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and building services systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold card preferred)
  • Mechanical or Building Services qualification (NVQ / HND / Degree)
  • Experience working with M&E contractors or developers is advantageous
  • Able to commute to Windlesham daily
