Mechanical Project Manager

£80,000-£85,000 + package

Are you an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager, lacking support and progression in your current role? Do you want to help take a business to the next level, and work within a well‑established experienced team, then look no further.

A regional award‑winning M&E contractor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across London and surrounding counties, is searching for a Mechanical Project Manager.

Jark Cambridge are proud to be representing this market‑leading M&E firm which specialises in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, arts & leisure, student accommodation and corporate offices. These projects typically range from £500K–£6.5 million. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be based out of their head office near Dartford, but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.

Performance Objectives

• Completion of contracts – handover.
• Variations – ensuring that these works are highlighted to the office.
• Ordering stock and materials.
• Maintaining a WIP tracker – stock and work in progress figures must be produced at the end of the month by the contracts team. It will be your duty to assist the office management with the required information to allow these figures to be submitted.
• Labour budget management.
• Supervision of quality.
• Quality assurance.
• Resolution of on‑site issues.
• Contract negotiation.
