Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an Mechanical Project Manager for well known M&E Sub Contractor in Brentford. You'll be taking full ownership of the mechanical package on a new and exciting Project. Leading the delivery from pre-construction through to handover. Managing labour, subcontractors, and suppliers, you'll ensure programme and commercial targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance throughout. Whilst also covering the design and pre-con for a Commercial project.

  • Ensure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
About You
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services
  • Experience on complex commercial or education sector projects (strip-out / refurb beneficial)
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role
