Job summary

A leading mechanical contractor in Greater London is seeking an experienced Mechanical Multi-Discipline Site Supervisor for a freelance role starting mid-February. You will oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain quality and safety standards on a Design & Build mechanical project valued between £750k - £1.5m. Proven experience with mechanical works and SMSTS certification are essential. Competitive daily rate of £290 - £320 is offered.

Overview

Mechanical Multi-Discipline Site Supervisor – London. Freelance | Start Mid-February. £290 - £320 p/d. Avolon M&E are seeking an experienced Mechanical Multi-Discipline Site Supervisor to support delivery of a live mechanical project in London. The project is a Design & Build mechanical package with a value between £750k - £1.5m.

• Ductwork installations
• AHUs
• MVHR systems
• Air conditioning
• Plumbing
• Chillers
• Smoke dampers

Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme, ensuring quality standards are met, and enforcing health & safety on site.

Requirements

Applicants should have proven experience supervising mechanical works on D&B projects, with the ability to manage multiple trades on site. A strong mechanical background is essential. SMSTS required.
