Mechanical Maintenance Technician

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a mechanically minded individual to join a well regarded company with multiple sites, covering multiple cleanrooms in a high tech environment.

Overview

The Role:

  • Rotate duties across four cleanroom facilities to ensure consistent standards are maintained.
  • Undertake scheduled upkeep, including the cleaning and replacement of filters, tubing, and related parts.
  • Keep accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and cleaning documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
  • Clean equipment, fixtures, and surrounding areas (such as floors and doors) using approved materials and methods.
  • Monitor and replenish essential supplies, tools, and PPE to support continuous operation.

The Candidate:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering – desirable
  • Experienced working within a vacuum or cleanroom environment
  • Ideally have experience with gas chambers
  • Familiar with ISO standards and other relevant regulations for a cleanroom environment
