Job summary

An engineering service provider in South Yorkshire is seeking an experienced mechanical supervisor to lead various installation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership ability, be customer-facing, and have attention to detail for completing necessary paperwork. Key responsibilities include overseeing installation work from single machines to complete factory relocations. Experience in fitting or rigging is required, and training may be provided. Candidates must be prepared to work locally and occasionally away from home.

Job description

Experienced mechanical supervisor with installation experience required for an engineering service provider based in South Yorkshire.

Must be prepared to work locally and sometimes out of the area.

(When working away minimum of 12 hours paid with lodge)

Most important attribute is being a leader. Must be customer facing and capable of completing paperwork with attention to detail, to capture variations and report back accordingly.

Fitter and/or Rigging experience required, we can provide training if excels in the above.

Work is varied and can be from single machine install to complete factory relocations working across all industries. They currently have large projects for a pharmaceutical company and a ceramics plant.
