Overview

Job Title: Mechanical Fitter (Steam & Gas Turbine Experience)

Location: Plymouth (Power Station Project)

We are currently recruiting time-served Mechanical Fitters with proven steam and gas turbine experience to join our team on a short-term project at a power station in the Plymouth area.

Key Requirements

• Time-served Mechanical Fitter
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering/Fitting
• CCNSG Safety Passport (valid)
• Demonstrable experience working on power stations
• Hands-on knowledge of steam and gas turbine systems

Job Details

• Duration: 8th – 19th September (travel to hotel 7th September, travel home 20th September)
• Shifts: 11-hour day shifts
• Rate: £27.03 per hour (all hours worked) - LTD / CIS / UMBRELLA
• Completion Bonus: £2 per hour worked (if all shifts attended)
• Accommodation: Hotel supplied
• DLA: £15 per day
• Travel: Paid – worked out from home postcode to site postcode via Google Maps
• Location: Plymouth
