Following significant business growth over recent years, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their pre‑construction team and support the continued expansion of their project pipeline.

Mechanical Estimator Position Overview

As Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially sound tenders for a range of building services projects. Working closely with the Pre‑Construction Manager, Mechanical Design team, and commercial departments, you will be responsible for interpreting specifications, reviewing mechanical designs, and producing detailed cost plans and tender submissions.
