A leading water management company in the UK is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Technician to ensure the efficient operation of wastewater facilities. The role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, with opportunities for training and development to achieve dual-skilled status. We are currently recruiting far Mechanical & Electrical Technician to Join our team in our waste water Division to be based out of our Mill Green STW.
As a successful candidate, you will using your mechanical & electrical knowledge as well as your experience to inspect, maintain, fault diagnose, test, install, modify or repair as appropriate, mechanical plant and associated electrical equipment, in a safe efficient timely and effective manner with minimum supervision allowing us to ensure that all of our sites remain operational for the benefits of our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to Thames Water's environmental impact, and you will actively help to reduce pollution from our sites.
Base Location: Mill Green STW – AL9 5PE
Working Pattern 38 Hours Monday- Friday 7:30 am – 3:36 pm. Plus, standby & overtime opportunities increase earnings by a potential £8,000 – £10,000.
