A major water and wastewater company is looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Technician in Banbury. This role involves performing scheduled and emergency maintenance on various mechanical and electrical systems. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000, with potential earnings increase from standby and overtime. You must possess NVQ or C&G level 3 in mechanical/electrical engineering and have strong problem-solving skills. Join us and make a positive impact on the environment.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Technician to join our team at our Banbury Sewage Treatment Works - CM22 7QL.
As the successful candidates, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for carrying out scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance work on mechanical and electrical equipment in compliance with company procedures to minimise plant breakdown.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to Thames Water's environmental impact, and you will be actively helping to reduce pollution from our sites.
Working Pattern 38 Hours Monday- Friday 7:30 am – 15:36 pm plus standby & overtime opportunity increasing earnings by a potential £8,000-£10,000.
