About the role

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to join our team on an exciting live hospital project in Birmingham.

The role would suit someone with a strong MEP / Building Services background who enjoys managing complex projects in sensitive, operational environments. You'll be responsible for co-ordinating all mechanical and electrical works, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and in line with healthcare standards.

You’ll work closely with hospital teams, consultants, and subcontractors - keeping communication clear and disruption to a minimum as you help bring essential infrastructure improvements to life.

What you’ll be doing
  • Overseeing all M & E works on a live healthcare site.
  • Managing design co-ordination, procurement, and installations.
  • Supporting and guiding subcontractors to meet programme and quality targets.
  • Monitoring progress, budgets, and health & safety performance.
  • Reporting project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Who we’re looking for
  • Be experienced in delivering MEP / Building Services projects, ideally in hospitals or other live environments.
  • Have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Possess strong communication and leadership skills - able to bring teams together and build trust.
  • Be qualified to HNC / Degree or equivalent in Building Services
