We have an exciting new opportunity as an M&E Manager to lead our Lincolnshire based Operational teams.
You will lead our M&E function, overseeing our gas and electrical engineers and providing direct line management support to four team leaders.

As Mechanical & Electrical Manager you will be responsible for leading and ensuring our M&E function is delivered to our customers in line with our statutory requirements and vision and values. As you may imagine, this isn’t always easy, and requires empathy, strong effective communication skills and bags of resilience. A typical week could look as follows:
