Job summary

A leading motoring organization in the UK is seeking a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to provide excellent roadside assistance to customers. You will be expected to communicate effectively, work independently, and drive to various locations under different conditions. Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide roadside assistance to customers in various weather conditions.
• Drive to different locations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work as part of a supportive team while maintaining a good work/life balance.

What you’ll need

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience

• You should be happy to work shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
• You’ll be ready to work both independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers
• A superb communicator, you’ll be skilled at explaining things to our customers so they’re reassured and know what’s going on
