Mayoral Support Officer needed in Basingstoke

This is a temporary contract paying £17.00ph PAYE

The reference number is: OR19063

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor including monitoring the team inbox, diary management, making travel arrangements, managing correspondence in a timely and accurate manner, and taking minutes as required.

Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings with the Mayor and Deputy Mayor to advise and co-ordinate their engagement attendance, assisting in providing a high-quality event management service for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor, including civic and charitable events. This will include booking premises, arranging transport, organising refreshments, preparing invitations and seating plans and supporting the production of risk assessments.
