A reputable educational institution in Blandford Forum seeks a Health and Wellbeing Centre Matron for Saturday overnight shifts during term time. The ideal candidate will have excellent personal skills, the ability to work unsupervised, and preferably qualifications in Paediatric and general First Aid. Overview

Health and Wellbeing Centre Matron – Saturday’s overnight, term time only.

Responsibilities
  • Work a Saturday evening and overnight into Sunday shift to ensure the highest standards of pastoral and medical care are in place. The hours are 6pm every Saturday evening and overnight into Sunday until 5pm during term time.
  • Be confident working unsupervised and demonstrate excellent personal interactive skills with young people, their parents and staff.
  • Work with the team of nursing staff to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Preferably qualified in Paediatric and general First Aid. Training can be provided if not already qualified.
  • Previous experience of working with young people is desirable.
