A leading education support provider is seeking a dedicated Maths Tutor in Hagley to provide 1:1 support for Year 10 and 11 students. The role offers £32 per hour and focuses on students with diverse learning needs, particularly those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum and experience with SEN support strategies. Pay Rate: £32 per hour
Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays (School Hours: 09:20 - 13:40)

Randstad Tuition Services is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Maths Tutor to provide vital 1:1 support for five Year 10 and 11 students in a local school.
This role is ideal for a tutor who enjoys building confidence in students with diverse learning needs. You will be working with a small group of five students individually, helping them bridge the gap in their mathematical understanding and work towards their specific qualification goals.
Profile: All 5 students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Detailed context and EHCP documentation will be provided upon role acceptance to help you tailor your approach.
Abilities: Range from Functional Skills Maths through to Foundation GCSE level.
Structure: 1:1 sessions (one student per hour).
Daily Timing: 09:20 - 13:40 (includes scheduled school breaks).
Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum across Functional Skills and GCSE Foundation levels.
SEN Experience: Proven experience supporting students with EHCPs, particularly those who may have additional learning needs or barriers to education.
Relationship-First Approach: The ability to build rapport quickly, increase student engagement, and foster a positive learning environment.
Reliability: Commitment to the Tuesday/Wednesday schedule is essential for the consistency of these students' learning.
Experience in tutoring or teaching Maths (specifically Year 10/11).
Understanding of SEN/EHCP support strategies.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Professional references covering the last two years.
