Are you a passionate Maths Teacher with QTS who can inspire learners to succeed in challenging circumstances? We are seeking a resilient and creative teacher to join our Alternative Provision team. You will deliver engaging maths lessons that provide students with access to GCSE content - for some, this may be their very first experience of formal maths learning. With patience and adaptability, you will build confidence, develop key skills, and foster a positive attitude towards learning. The ideal candidate will combine strong subject knowledge with excellent behaviour management and a commitment to making a real difference. This is a rewarding opportunity to transform lives and help students achieve success in maths and beyond.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw campus to join our Foundation Learning and Student Support Department as a Maths Teacher (Alternative Provision) on a fixed‑term (until July 2026), part‑time (17.5 hours per week - Monday all day, Wednesday morning only, Friday all day) basis.

Our Openshaw campus is a vibrant, modern hub of learning, equipped with outstanding, industry‑standard facilities designed to inspire both staff and students. Located just outside Manchester city centre, the campus offers a wide range of vocational and academic courses, with specialist spaces for areas such as construction, engineering, health, and digital.
