Maths Teacher/Maths ECT with QTS Full Time

Salary: £130 - £200 per day dependent on experience

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a dynamic Secondary Maths teacher with QTS in the Preston area?

Tradewind are currently recruiting for an experienced Maths teacher with QTS with excellent Maths knowledge who is confident to plan and mark. This role is for a large mainstream Secondary school, predominantly teaching KS3 and KS4 students. The role is to start ASAP ongoing until further notice. The School within the Preston area is offering a long-term full-time placement 5 days a week with a possibility for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. The school is based in Preston and has excellent public transport links. This Secondary School is rated 'Outstanding' and aims to provide the highest standards of teaching and learning so that all children can achieve their academic potential. They foster and develop the social and emotional well-being of their children as well as concentrating on developing the potential of their staff. They have a bespoke approach to every pupil and family.

Responsibilities

• Teaching predominantly KS3 and KS4 Maths
• Plan and mark as part of the role
• Contribute to a happy, safe, caring environment for pupils and staff
• Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching KS3/KS4

Qualifications

• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
