Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners in English and/or Maths.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training, including safeguarding and Prevent.

Responsibilities

• Driving learner progress in English and/or Maths through tailored workshops and support.
• Facilitating small group and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Supporting learners with digital literacy to enhance their learning experience.
• Collaborating with curriculum and cross‑college teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Monitoring learner progress and adapting support plans as needed.
• Contributing to the development of innovative learning materials and methods.
• Supporting exam preparation and assisting in full group sessions when necessary.
