A global automotive company based near Leicester is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to enhance the material flow. This position offers an hourly rate of £24.50 Umbrella or £18 PAYE.

Job description

Rate: £24.50 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35) OR £18 per hour PAYE
Location: Desford, Leicestershire
Duration: 12 months
As Material Planning Analyst you will be improving the inbound and outbound material flow of a global automotive company, based near Leicester.
You will investigate and resolve material scheduling and transportation issues, manage inventory levels and supplier delivery schedules, and monitor supplier performance and resolve any invoice or inventory discrepancies.
You will do this by developing dashboards in Power BI for material planning analysis. You will also create Power App solutions to automate processes and use SAP for material planning and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous material planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in Power BI

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Power Apps
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt preferred).
• Project management experience.
