A further education institution in Manchester seeks a Marketing Assistant to enhance student recruitment for part-time courses and apprenticeships. The role involves creating marketing materials, generating engaging content, and supporting recruitment events. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in marketing communication and event planning. This role plays a key part in meeting recruitment targets and promoting adult education pathways.
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the planning, development and delivery of the colleges student recruitment marketing service with a specific focus on driving growth in numbers of adult learner numbers on our part-time courses, Access and Higher Education programmes and on our apprenticeship pathways. The successful candidate will play a significant part in achieving marketing objectives and proactively investigating student recruitment opportunities, devising and delivering high quality, multi-channel marketing campaigns and monitoring impact. Working as an integral part of the Marketing Team, the post-holder will also be required to support the delivery of presentations to external audiences and key recruitment events to ensure that the colleges recruitment targets are met
