Description

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the planning, development and delivery of the colleges student recruitment marketing service with a specific focus on driving growth in numbers of adult learner numbers on our part-time courses, Access and Higher Education programmes and on our apprenticeship pathways. The successful candidate will play a significant part in achieving marketing objectives and proactively investigating student recruitment opportunities, devising and delivering high quality, multi-channel marketing campaigns and monitoring impact. Working as an integral part of the Marketing Team, the post-holder will also be required to support the delivery of presentations to external audiences and key recruitment events to ensure that the colleges recruitment targets are met

Key Responsibilities
  • To produce high quality marketing collateral for marketing courses to our key audiences with particular focus on our Access and Higher Education offer for 19+, apprenticeships for adult learners and adult learning opportunities generally
  • To assist in generating engaging content for campaigns and for college publications
  • To recognise and respond quickly to student recruitment marketing opportunities
  • To demonstrably contribute to the planning, organisation and delivery of internal and external college events to maximise student recruitment
