We are building the UK’s next generation AI platform, powered by renewable energy, rooted in sovereign capability, and designed to give enterprises and innovators the compute they need.

We’re seeking aMarketing Manager (Performance Marketing & Demand Generation)to design and execute growth-focused campaigns, driving market engagement and pipeline acceleration for Carbon3.ai’s sovereign AI Mesh. This hands‑on role requires commercial acumen, analytical skills, and proven expertise in multi‑channel enterprise marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Demand Generation :
  • Develop, launch, and optimize digital and field demand generation campaigns.
  • Translate business goals into measurable marketing programs that build pipeline and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally on launches, events, and GTM activities.
Performance Marketing Execution
  • Manage paid media (search, social, display, programmatic) to maximize qualified leads (MQLs) and sales opportunities (SQLs).
  • Own analytics, attribution, and reporting against key campaign metrics.
  • Optimise creative assets and messaging for conversion and efficiency.
Data & Growth Analytics
  • Build scalable reporting with leading platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Design audience segmentation, lead scoring, and ROI frameworks.
  • Maintain compliance and data privacy across all marketing operations.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
  • Align demand generation with product, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Contribute market insights to product roadmap and brand messaging.
  • Mentor junior marketers and support team growth initiatives.
Business Impact & Sample Deliverables
  • Deliver pipeline growth, campaign‑attributed revenue, and improved conversion rates.
  • Produce quarterly dashboards on leads generated, CAC, ARR, and ROI.
  • Launch and optimize 3+ multi‑channel campaigns per quarter with documented impact.
  • Present campaign insights and strategies at quarterly reviews.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or enterprise B2B field marketing.
  • Proven record in campaign management, lead generation, and measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency with marketing tech stack : Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Preferred Experience
  • ABM and field event marketing.
  • Exposure to AI, cloud, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Hands‑on with campaign automation and advanced analytics.
