Job summary

A regional business support organization in Northampton is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead innovative, multi-channel campaigns that drive member engagement and brand visibility. The role requires a degree in Marketing or Communications, along with 3–5 years of supervisory experience. Excellent copywriting and project management skills are vital. This position offers a salary between £40,000 - £42,000, with a range of benefits including PMI and a pension contribution.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar management/supervisory role, ideally in a membership or commercial environment.
  • CIM qualification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the membership/professional body sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor the Events Manager and Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Oversee event marketing and support the delivery of conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Create compelling content across digital and print platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with members, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
