A leading beverage company in Greater London is looking for a driven Marketing Manager to own the marketing roadmap and drive brand growth. This role involves managing high-profile product collaborations, ensuring consistent brand experiences, and working closely with the Founding team. With nearly 10,000 online subscribers, national retail listings, and a major supermarket launch in January, they’re scaling at high speed.
Backed by leading athletes and experienced FMCG angels, this is a career-defining opportunity to join this brand at a pivotal moment. They’re now looking for a hungry, driven, best-in-class Marketing Manager to help turn this brand into a household name.
You’ll report to the Fractional CMO - a seasoned FMCG leader and co-founder of a household snacking success story - and work directly with the Founder, giving you rare exposure, ownership, and the opportunity to accelerate into a future Head of Marketing role.
What you'll do:
Own the marketing roadmap - planning and delivering campaigns, launches and activations on time and to a world-class standard.
Lead high-profile product collaborations.
Manage events & sampling at major sporting events and key retail locations.
Work closely with the Founder and internal team on brand positioning, content strategy and ongoing brand development.
Ensure a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
Lead market research, gather insights, run creative/messaging tests, and turn data into clear strategic recommendations.
As they scale, help build the marketing team, supporting recruitment and onboarding of roles such as community, social and content.
Who you are:
Proven experience in a fast-growing consumer startup.
Experience delivering campaigns and product launches - including partnerships, live events and sampling (you roll up your sleeves, not just brief agencies).
Ambitious, with the desire to grow into a Marketing Lead role.
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - smart, resourceful, organised, and able to juggle multiple projects without letting anything slip.
Data-driven, comfortable analysing performance and making insight-led decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with founders, creatives, agencies and retail partners.
