The Group Marketing Manager will play a central role in shaping how the Group presents its identity, values and impact. Working across a broad and varied portfolio, the post holder will lead the development of marketing activity that strengthens reputation, supports growth and communicates a clear and consistent message to commissioners, partners and the wider public. This is a role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring that marketing contributes meaningfully to the Group’s purpose and long term ambitions.

Job Opportunity

The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy across the RCI Group portfolio. This includes shaping brand identity, improving communication across internal and external channels and supporting the visibility and positioning of each business within the Group. The role requires an understanding of diverse service areas, the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging and the confidence to lead marketing activity across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities include
  • Leading the creation and delivery of marketing plans that support Group visibility, reputation and growth
  • Developing clear and consistent messaging that reflects Group values and the identity of individual businesses
  • Supporting digital and non digital communication channels to ensure high quality, accurate and engaging content
  • Working closely with Group businesses to understand service areas and translate them into compelling marketing outputs
  • Ensuring that branding and marketing materials remain consistent across the portfolio and aligned with Group standards
  • Coordinating campaigns, updates and communication initiatives with internal teams and external partners
  • Contributing to wider Group projects that require marketing insight or support
Essential Skills
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and delivering activity across multiple channels
  • Ability to understand and communicate diverse service models spanning health, justice, social care and digital sectors
  • Organisational skills that support coordination across a wide portfolio and multiple stakeholders
