This is a role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands on delivery, ensuring that marketing contributes meaningfully to the Group’s purpose and long term ambitions.
The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy across the RCI Group portfolio. This includes shaping brand identity, improving communication across internal and external channels and supporting the visibility and positioning of each business within the Group. The role requires an understanding of diverse service areas, the ability to translate complex information into clear messaging and the confidence to lead marketing activity across multiple brands.
