• Experienced in growing social media channels and delivering engaging content.

A rapidly growing sports nutrition and lifestyle brand is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead all brand, digital, and campaign activity. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving online revenue, managing content, and executing marketing strategies across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and social channels.

If you’re a creative, data-driven marketer with experience in e-commerce and a passion for fitness or supplements, this role puts you at the heart of shaping the brand’s presence and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain brand identity across all channels
• Manage creative assets: photoshoots, video, product & lifestyle content
• Brief designers and oversee graphics, ads, packaging, and marketing collateral
• Plan and run campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and social media
• Manage paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google PPC / Display)
• Optimise website, landing pages, conversion rates, and SEO
• Lead content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Manage influencer and athlete partnerships
• Coordinate go-to-market plans for new products and seasonal campaigns
• Track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, retention, CR, LTV, traffic) and report performance
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, customer service, and finance
• Manage marketing team or external agencies where applicable

Who You Are

• 4+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive, preferably in e-commerce, sports nutrition, supplements, FMCG, or fitness
• Proven track record running paid social and digital campaigns
• Experienced in growing social media channels and delivering engaging content
• Confident with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and marketing tools
• Creative thinker with ability to brief designers and review content
• Analytical, data-driven, and skilled in reporting and project management
• Experience with influencer marketing, agencies, or basic graphic / video skills is a bonus
• Passionate about fitness, supplements, and lifestyle trends
