Job description

KeyNest is a fast-growing technology company with offices in Paris and London, although most of our team works remotely. We’re best known for our convenient Airbnb key holding service which welcomes millions of guests every year, but we have an innovative product line spanning hardware, software, and services, which are sold to B2B and B2C customers across 18 countries and a dozen industries.

We are looking for an ambitious, committed Marketing Lead to identify the marketing opportunities with the highest potential. You’ll have to quickly grasp how prospects perceive their needs and position our product or service accordingly, across multiple KeyNest offerings, target industries, and geographies. You will work alongside our digital marketing manager, who will support you with the technical implementation of campaigns.

You’ll be working closely with both of founders, and we are keen to give you space to be creative whilst we share our knowledge of our target industries. We don’t hesitate to promote and reward high-achieving individuals and provide you the tools needed to realise you full potential. We believe that high job satisfaction leads to high performance, and we are proud of our very low staff turnover rate.

We are more interested in you than your location. Hybrid working options are available out of our London and Paris offices. Fully remote working is also possible from any European time zone, but you should be able to come to London office for at least one week during the first month. This is a full-time role, and a long-term (multi-year) commitment is expected. We are not open to freelancers or and we automatically reject all candidates with a freelance mentality.

  • Take the initiative, ideating and leading campaigns and prioritising them according to past or historic performance
  • Prioritize time effectively across different channels based on impact of your work on the ROI or lifetime value generated
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and improve the quantity and quality of leads from all marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute email blast campaigns to target key prospects and collaborate with the sales team to improve the quality of the leads that result from email campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience leading B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, particularly on low-LTV products or services
  • Creativity, confidence and enthusiasm to lead initiatives
  • Enjoys a challenge and comfortable asking for help where needed
  • Excellent communicator (written, verbal, visual) with an ability to write compelling copy.
  • English proficiency at a native speaker level. Fluency in French will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills, able to plan projects and resources needed, manage colleagues and assess results autonomously.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on your skillset
  • Fast promotion based on performance and the quality of your leadership
  • Unique chance to develop your career onto a leadership position in a well-established scale-up and autonomy to build your own team as you progress.
