Recruitment Marketing Manager

London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us drive community, content, and campaigns that actually make an impact.

This one’s for the Kate Edisons, the notion board nerds, the Emilys-in-Paris, a marketing professionals with energy and ideas!

This role is equal parts creative and strategic.

Perfect for someone who’s passionate about branding, creativity, and storytelling but who’s also operationally sharp, performance-led, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the weeds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, blogs, and email for our five brands
  • Build engaging email campaigns and workflows using HubSpot
  • Support and promote virtual and in-person events
  • Create community-led campaigns and regular newsletters
  • Collaborate on brochures, pitch decks, and sales material
  • Track performance across channels and identify what’s working
  • Keep the brand voice consistent, creative, and bold
  • Bring energy to the table and keep projects moving

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, commercial environments
  • Experienced with HubSpot, social media, email, and digital tools
  • Able to speak to Gen Z grads and global execs with ease
  • Confident using analytics to improve campaigns

Bonus points if you have experience in recruitment or B2B.
