Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote IC Training's courses and services.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and paid advertising platforms.
- Create engaging content (blogs, social posts, newsletters, videos) to build brand awareness and attract learners.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build partnerships with local organisations, schools, and community groups to expand reach.
- Manage the company's website and ensure content is up to date and SEO-optimised.
- Coordinate events, open days, and community engagement initiatives to promote our training programmes.
- Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with business goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably in education, training, or a related sector).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email automation, analytics).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design campaigns that engage and convert.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local Ilford community and training/education sector is a plus.
