Marketing Manager
  • Marketing Manager with Retention Focus

Responsible for marketing initiatives aimed at nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships which include HNWI, investors and long-standing trading relationships. Drive client engagement, loyalty and lifetime value while delivering a first-class experience for clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Associate and contribute to product marketing activity focussing on retention.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead product marketing activities for existing clients, ensuring activities support retention and strengthen engagement.
  • Transfer product updates and investment insights into effective client facing meetings.
  • Plan and executive events for HNW clients, existing investors, and trading relationships.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders regarding high quality content, logistics and post event follow-ups.
  • Own and nurture journeys tailored to client preferences and lifecycle stages.
  • Improve retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage the communications calendar.
  • Maintain with brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead marketing responsibilities related to Sirex – consistent communication and engagement.
The ideal candidate:
  • At least five years’ experience in marketing with a focus on retention, CRM, client lifecycle management.
  • Experience of Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a client focussed mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and event management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and insights for retention strategies.
