Job Title: Marketing Manager, All Things Butter

Our Mission:

All Things Butter was created to educate and showcase how great Butter can elevate everyday eating. From humble toasting to decadent hosting, our mission is to place Butter at the forefront of the digi-food generation while celebrating the time-honoured traditions of British Farming & butter making.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a high energy, proactive and passionate marketeer to lead our marketing function. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of the brand, taking key strategic decisions while driving the day-to-day execution and managing a marketing exec.

You will be a key member of the Butter team and learn from some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management; Build and deliver annual brand calendars and campaigns ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and strategic objectives.
  • Social, Content & Influencer; Support and deliver the execution of social media content plans across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Work across macro-micro influencer campaigns.Have a keen eye of the foodie space and which content will perform well on our feeds.
  • Partnerships; Identify, negotiate and execute strategic brand partnerships to support business objectives. Support Sales team with shopper marketing campaigns, including creation of in-store collateral, online product descriptions and in-store sampling assets
  • Shopper Marketing; Support Sales team with shopper marketing campaigns, including creation of in-store collateral, online product descriptions and in-store sampling assets.
  • Stakeholder Management; Serve as primary point of contact for our creative agencies, creative partners and macro-influencers.
  • Line management; Manage our Mkg Exec, providing guidance, support and clear development plans.
