the role

The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, supporting them with the planning and delivery of key national and local campaigns that drive transactions and footfall into our restaurants. You’ll manage the creative process to deliver effective campaigns that support our business objectives, in close collaboration with key departments, particularly our operations and shop teams. Occasionally, you will support franchise partners to collaboratively develop campaigns for their local markets.

the ideal candidate
  • Experience working for a multi-site retailer
  • 4 years+ experience in marketing
  • Passionate about brands, innovation and all forms of customer communication
  • A great feel for marketing and comms today including the role of social channels
  • Dynamic, collaborative and agile – and able to get stuck in from day one!
  • Willing to be hands on in a very lean organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good copywriting skills
  • Experience in communicating and influencing at all levels of an organization
  • A good creative eye
  • Experience within hospitality or retail would be preferable but not essential

main responsibilities
  • Deliver foot-stopping campaigns and launches in restaurant, with content and creative that builds the brand and drives transactions
  • Work with agency partners and internal stakeholders to help deliver creative across a wide range of assets, including POS and packaging. touchpoints
  • Writing engaging, creative campaign briefs for in-house and outsourced partners, including photographers, videographers and animators for digital totem creative
  • Be a brand guardian, protecting our brand identity and how it is cascaded through all our communication channels, including packaging – and ensuring simplicity is revered in everything we do
  • Occasional support with local and new store marketing
