Role Overview

The Meetings & Events Manager EMEA will design and deliver exceptional event experiences that engage customers, prospects and partners across industry events hosted events and Customer Experience Center visits. This role requires cultural fluency, strategic thinking and operational excellence to ensure every event reflects NCR Atleos brand and drives measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Event Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for all event activity within the region ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with business priorities.
  • Strategic planning: Develop event strategies aligned with business objectives and regional market dynamics through tight collaboration with region leaders.
  • Execution: Plan and deliver conferences, tradeshows, executive briefings and sales programs across EMEA with support for other regions as needed.
  • Budget and logistics: Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships and proposals to ensure flawless execution.
  • Compliance and cultural Alignment: Ensure events meet compliance standards and reflect cultural expectations.
  • Measurement: Provide post-event analysis and insights to inform future strategies and improve ROI.
  • Leadership: Mentor coordinators and foster collaboration across teams to deliver excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10 years in event management preferably with global or EMEA focus. Blend of corporate and agency experience preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills

Proven ability to manage complex events.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); preferred.
