A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Marketing Manager to work in Daventry. This office-based role requires approximately 5 years of experience and a marketing degree. We are looking for an experienced Marketing or Brand Manager who has been in the industry for approximately five years and holds a formal qualification within marketing.
You will need the drive to work for a busy manufacturing company in Daventry. This is a strictly office‑based role with no option for remote or hybrid working, operating Monday to Friday. The end client is entering an aggressive acquisition stage so they are looking for a confident Marketing Manager to support the sales team. You will be responsible for creating and running campaigns across print, digital and social media as well as exploring a few experimental channels.
We need someone with a tried and tested approach to marketing who knows how to track metrics and identify what works along with a superb eye for detail. It is a busy office where everyone speaks in person rather than just via Teams and there will be many plates to spin.
