Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

With nearly two decades of experience, they specialise in creating discounted homes for people who earn too much to qualify for social housing but are priced out of the open market. They have helped over 1,500 Londoners achieve homeownership through their 20% discounted homes model.
The business has also expanded into the rental sector, recognising the importance of supporting the city’s key workers and creatives throughout their housing journey.
We are seeking a 360‑degree Marketing Manager for an innovative and exciting role responsible for managing brand and development marketing.
You will lead the delivery of B2B and B2C campaigns according to the overarching strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and exercise your creative flair in a fun and fast‑paced environment.
The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and work autonomously with guidance from the Head of Marketing, engaging and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
Developments are located across London, and on occasion you will be required to travel.
Flexible working environment: Three days a week in the office (Tuesday‑Thursday)
