Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of marketing principles and a passion for design. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to event planning, to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the marketing strategy: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote our design services and brand reputation.
  • Content creation: Produce engaging content that reflects our brand voice and showcases our design expertise & company culture.
  • Social media and website management: Oversee and manage our social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to increase engagement and reach. Update and manage the company website through Craft CMS.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Event planning and coordination: Organize and coordinate events, such as CPD’s, podcasts, and trade shows, to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
  • Brand management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Manage brand asset library and resources.
  • Internal communications: Drive and support internal comms initiatives that bring together the voices of all three studios, cultivating a creative and engaging culture.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the architecture, design, real estate or creative industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems, especially LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
