Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and develop The Future Laboratory’s brand strategy, mission, values, and proposition.
  • Lead the global content marketing strategy, ensuring creativity, consistency, and impact across all platforms and regions.
  • Own and manage the integrated content marketing calendar, overseeing campaign planning and activation across channels.
  • Drive social media strategy and execution, serving as the lead contact for content and engagement.
  • Manage PR and external brand/event partnership strategies in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and external consultants.
  • Work closely with the Foresight team to deliver high-impact marketing and communications for events and campaigns.
  • Develop messaging and communications strategies across all marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Support the Director of Marketing with brand, creative, and content marketing budget planning and management.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams (studio, foresight, consultancy) to deliver integrated marketing and comms outputs.
  • Manage and brief third-party providers, including paid media, SEO, inbound marketing, and PR agencies.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives, including delivering on-page content across The Future Laboratory and LS:N Global websites.
  • Maintain and optimise The Future Laboratory and LS:N Global websites to support lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Report on brand and content marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to the wider business.
  • Optimise marketing and communications technology platforms to improve efficiency, reach, and ROI.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2+ years’ experience in a brand or content marketing role, preferably in a B2B business or agency environment
  • Successful track record in leading content / brand strategy and brand direction
  • Strong communication, writing and presenting skills
  • A demonstrable interest in the creation and application of trends & foresight
  • A team player who can work across departments
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Natural and resourceful problem solver and able to develop solutions
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Can create simple, robust thinking which is easy to understand and implement
